Our apartment was stylish and spacious enough for the whole family, including our two dogs! The warm welcome from the staff.
My kids wished there were more play areas for the dogs around the hotel.

Breakfast with the £10 voucher and also a coffee other than a filter or an orange juice. Lovely and approaching staff; speedy check in. Marvellous and brilliant location, right next to Cube Gallery, really enjoyed this place. Also, between the universities...

Extremely pleasant and brand-new rooms with a kettle and a couch. Minute walk from a train station, that's cool.

We experienced the High Hoops club night, which embraced everyone beautifully. The room was well-equipped, with everything we needed. Plus, the laundry on-site was a lifesaver! Just a tip , make sure to check window operation as they can be tricky.
I found the soundproofing to be lacking. We could hear footsteps and noise from the corridors, which disrupted our sleep at times.

Many things to mention - everything was tidy, fab food, magnificent views. The stay for a night away with my sister certainly was very good value for money. I ate at a nice restaurant which is great for breakfast.

I didn't have breakfast. I had coffee and the service was fantastic. Likewise I didn't like our allocated room. The woman at reception swiftly changed us. The decor and the equipment and towels were all top rated. Matures also wonderful
Would prefer option to recycle and have a food caddy. No dish cloth

Had my share of quirks in the room. For instance, the shower's water heater created a bit of a hassle-went from scalding hot to ice cold, which isn't quite the relaxing experience I was after. The bed situation left much to be desired. Two beds clipped together felt uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep well. Plus, the kitchen hob seemed a little worse for wear, with one part having a jagged edge that caught my partner off guard. Not a dealbreaker, but something to consider if you're looking for a flawless escape.

Stayed for 5 nites and the room was spacious and comfy, perfect for my small electric scooter. Loved that i could cast to the tv, and the bathroom was also large and well equipped. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The decor was nice and modern. Overall a really enjoyable experience!
The doors on our floor squeaked a lot, especially late at nite, kinda annoying. The lighting in the kitchen area could be better, it felt a bit too dim.

I loved the spacious room with a great shower and a handy kitchenette for quick meals. The cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I enjoyed the chill vibes of the cafe downstairs. Just a heads up, the noise from the corridor and upstairs was a bit noticeable, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

The on-site cafe served up croissants that could make anyone swoon, and the nearby El Camino dished out great tapas-proper munch! Plus, the lounge area had a good atmosphere, made chilling after a day out easy.
I wish the reception's WhatsApp number was easier to find instead of just on the TV screen, especially when feeling a bit under the weather. Still, the stay was smooth overall!
